The Dripping Springs High School Band is seeking a passionate and skilled Instructor to work with our students. This is a district-paid position with full benefits, with salary commensurate with directly related years of experience plus an additional $10,000 stipend. The Colorguard Director will be responsible for recruiting, retention, and development of the Fall, Winter, and Cadet programs. Qualified candidates should have 2–3 years of colorguard instructional experience (preferred), experience managing or contributing to a colorguard program, and a background in Winter Guard International (WGI) and/or Drum Corps International (DCI). The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proven ability to recruit, develop, and grow a successful program.
