How to Reserve a Booth at Hosted Events
Each TCGC event is managed independently by a host high school booster organization. As a result, vendor booth availability, pricing, and logistics are handled directly by each event host.
To reserve a booth space at a specific event, please contact the appropriate host organization using the contact information listed below.
Vendor booth opportunities are ideal for companies seeking targeted, event-specific exposure without the commitment of a season-long sponsorship, while still benefiting from the scale, credibility, and engagement that define the TCGC community.

How to Avoid Your Email Going to SPAM
Because event hosts are school districts and booster organizations, initial vendor outreach emails can occasionally be flagged by spam filters. To improve deliverability:
Best practices:
Use a clear, specific subject line
Example: “TCGC Vendor Booth Request – Dawson HS (Jan 24)”Avoid links or attachments in your first email
Include the event name and date in the first sentence
Follow up politely after 5–7 business days if no response
